Ministerio Horizonte Rosarito is a non-profit Christian ministry which began in 2014 as a children’s food kitchen. In 2022, we opened Casa Hogar Horizonte (CHH), a disadvantaged children’s home. Patricia Ramirez is our founder and director.
We love Jesus and want to share His love with all the children and families who come to our ministry. In Matthew 19:14 Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” We want to provide a home where children can come to know Jesus and find their identity and purpose in Him.
MISSION: Provide protection and comprehensive training to boys and girls, who are abandoned or in a vulnerable economic situation, so that they can develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, lead a dignified life, and be happy and productive citizens in society.
VISION: That vulnerable, homeless, and at risk children in our facility find their HOME, personalized attention, safety, and protection, through affection, respect, professional care, spiritual growth and strengthening their family ties.
OBJECTIVE: Provide at risk children a decent home to strengthen their physical, psychological, social and spiritual health. Restoring dignity to their lives.
